What is Deductive reasoning



Let us study about Deductive reasoning definition,

Deductive reasoning refers to the process of closing that something should be true because it is a special case of a general principle that is known to be true.

Deductive reasoning is logically valid and it is the basic method in which mathematical facts are showing to be true. A deductive argument to be in view of sound the argument is obliged to not only be valid, but the premises should be true as well.

It is also called Deductive logic, is reasoning which assess deductive arguments.
